And she didn't want to shoot!!!

Was out shooting with some friends and my 7yr old daughter wanted to tag along. So after we were done playing around I nagged her into shooting, at first she didnt want anything to do with it. Then she completely changed her mind, watch and see, and listen to that trigger finger she got form daddy!!!

The problem is, that she doesn't have a clue, what she's really doing. I think for her it's only: "oh nice, it's making noises and movements when i pull the trigger, yeay, that's fun and daddy's proud of me when I play like that"

I just wonder why adult men take a 7 year old girl on a shooting trip... you can't call that education.

@weeebl0r well first thing...she is the top of her shooting team at the local sports shop...shoots 3 times a week. She has been shooting firearms since she was 4, starting with a nerf gun then to a red ryder....My little girl has more shooting experience than most grown men......considering she has about 4500rds down range with her very own rifle and pistol.....Im pretty sure she knows what shes doing!!!! Thanks for the rain on her parade though!!!!

@maegov I agree 100%. Most people think that if the government takes guns away from EVERYONE, that plain out, NO ONE will have guns. thus fixing the problems with shootings. (Blind Morons) What they don't realize is that there are over 50,000 felons who are in possession of a firearm right now and always. How is the government supposed to regulate that? As most of us know, a felon cant own a firearm. All the government will do is leave the peaceful public defenseless against armed assailants.

Very cool getting your kids involved and teaching them to shoot. Just remember to remind her "finger off the trigger until you're ready to shoot." Have fun and be safe.
