If people are threatening to dump rubbish in the river, then they need to be dealt with. That's why the police were there. Perhaps if this bloke had done his homework, he'd realise that a alot of money has been investing recently in cleaning up the Thames with the use of new rubbish barges which clean the water of the rubbish. Perhaps this chap should spend more time in encouraging people to stop dumping rubbish in the river rather than threatening to do it himself...

Love the beginning. At first you think it's a crap video really badly made and then it launches into this ridiculous hammed up American Cop Chase TV send-up. Does a great job of showing what complete idiots the police are. Also it grabs your attention and highlights an important environmental issue. Well done.
