are there any rules of learning? If brain its like a muscle.. training too much doesnt help you gain much muscle mass without a diet. its more effective to train 3 hours a day. is it the same with brain? if you want to gain memory, and you over learn all day? just my wonders

i want to learn as much as possible but when i try to learn something i start day dreaming to much about what it would be like once i learn it and cant study anymore.

@connorlee57 That's true and very nicely put, unfortunately you need a piece of paper to allow you do do most of the important jobs which is as it should be most of the time. Still, the fees, privatisation of education is leading to people that want to learn from poorer backgrounds extremely difficult now.
