Paypal has an ongoing glitch. Looks like it might be the work of disgruntled employees. Whatever the cause, Paypal is scammming & lying to it's users.
Time to complain to the government and have this looked into.
Ebay censors hard at work removing consumer complaints that show Paypal executives in a bad light from the forums
John Donahoe approval rating at the glassdoor.com site remains at 22%

Another quote from the auctionbytes blog post that I didn't get into the video

by: Deep Throat
Tue Nov 4 13:16:59 2008
"My neighbor has a nephew that was working for Paypal and he says that there is a rumor in the offices that some recently layed off IT specialists and SAP programmers reportedly implanted malicious ''bot'' code into the operating software. So after some of the systems began involuntary shutdown, they went to a back up shadow system and have been having integrated server problems ever since. They suspect there are many more software booby traps planted by the recently laid off programmers to wreac havoc over the holidays. That's all I've heard for now."
