Nice review mate , although its a mid range system you can never go wrong with mordaunt short....If you have the cash to build a mordaunt short system it will reward you....most people think that in fact mid range system means `high class` but in reality spending a £1000 on home cinema is normal if you want a proper sound at home....

Nice vid, how are the Aviano 6? I have the MS 906i and find them a little bright, trying to decide between the Aviano 6 and Monitor Audio RX6.

i got these and beyond happy with them.

maybe il do the same as you, use these ones as rear and get a pair of avants tower speakers as a front.

Great overview mate,dont forget to mention to people new Speakers/Drive units need to be run in (like a Car Engine) and after a few weeks of gentile to average use will loosen up and sound a lot more smoother,Bi wire is good Bi-Amping is better.

And yes i have a modified pair of the Aviano 1XR which opens out the mid band and, I am using them on my homemade ipod clock dock,as a clock radio.better to wake up to your own music selection rather than any radio station.
