In Solidarity with the International Protests against the War in Afghanistan, the C.E.O.s curated a mobile exhibition with Australian artist Van Thanh Rudd. On Wednesday, October 7th, 2009, a burnt civilian car was placed on a tow truck and driven on the main streets of Melbourne, Australia. The truck occasionally stopped outside Federation square and on parts of Flinders St for fellow citizens to view at their leisure. Video by Dominic Golding, edited by Van Thanh Rudd.

Wouldn't it be nice if their were no human detritus on Earth....just animals of the non human variety and plants.
Death to ALL humans.

I have just become aware of Van through a show on Channel 2 yesterday. As an artist myself I love his work. It would make me think about these things if I hadn't already. I like your comment murphe777 but it starts in the home. Kids hear every word said in a house and they are usually eager to please their parents with the correct social attitudes of the HOME.

Australia does have a lot of racism... the typical bogans are full of it and Cronulla is a perfect example.
Having said that, BOTH sides are guilty of muddling the truth (eg. Ranodj Singh murdered by 3 indian nationals - this fact conveniently neglected from Outlook magazine - India's sensationalist trash News Ltd equiv). I guess in the end what the sensationalists are going to achieve is more hatred between India and Australia and deteriorating relations between the countries. Congratulations!
