Haha, one day I was listening to the Flyleaf cd with a friend, and I keptt messing up the words and finally gave up saying, "Forget it, she mumbles to much for me to even understand what the hell she's singing".

Yeah it was. It's like that in a few videos, and I didn't know it. Actually, my finger wasn't on the mic, it was right next to it, and it's funny how much that changed the sound!

well i understand every single word. it's very clear in the album versions, she doesn't have to enunciate every word live. if you didn't notice she put real soul into those lyrics and dances her heart out to the song every time, even when her voice is hurt like in this video. she isn't worried about sounding perfect because she knows what really matters is that the music is honest and that her voice is real.

@32enough Wow I can understand her easily and don't compare Flyleaf and Evanescence they're two different bands. They both have different sounds and Amy and Lacey have totally different voices.
