To those who posted negative comments: why don't we just give up on innovation or developing new ways doing things because they might not work, or they might get vandalized, or they might take a job away from someone.

Progress is not a smooth or straight road, but it is something we should embrace to make our lives better. Complacency or idleness will simply keep us stagnant. I, for one, think this is a great first step in the right direction!

Oh my gawd it's happening, robots among us ^_^! The second robot is way more useful and practical, they both seem a little dumb though. Keep going at it, this is great! By the way, couldn't they add a little opening to throw the trash in? Not have to wait for the contraption to open?

Useless! Tell me how this little robot will collect the garbage of a street? It can collect 2-3 bags maybe? Then what? Will go back to the dung-hill to empty and then go back to the street :D?
