What is the purpose of using Winamp in this setup?

@slaction Timecode. The first cue on magicQ start winamp and then winamp control all the other cue.

but isn't it only the OEM consoles that could connect? is it over artnet?

@djz2005 the vista demo of lightconverse takes any artnet signal and in the magicQ PC artnet is enabled even without chamsys hardware connected
