The Shangs - Love Charade

The Shang's 2nd long-form CD was essentually recorded live onto DAT tape in 1993 with only a smattering of over-dubs.Consequentally, a small mountain of unused and alternative versions exist.Recently unearthed is this early take on one of the band's most provocative and beautiful numbers.Option magazine called the resulting album,"Longet", "blissfully narcotic....".The Shangs, David Byers (ex Simply Saucer) and Ed O'Neill are presently working up material for an up coming release.Special thanks to Pat O'Neill(video staging).
