  • If you are eating healthy(count those carbs and limit yourself + lots of healthy meals) and exercise and are just generally active then this should help enough. The exercise can be added along side/afterwards. If you are doing both and you are still quite solid, then it's possibly a genetic thing - how are the rest of your family built? I'd also try yoga rather than 'exercise'. Yoga will 'tone' you as well as burn fat.
