@dontchuckitson hes not on roids anymore (got caught in 09 i think). very true. Thats why for me, im kinda skipping the cardio til ive got the shape i want then ill cut down. But be careful with calling it a "bulking phase"; lots of guys think this means "i can stuff my face with anything i want as long as im getting 150-200 grams of protein and enough calories".. youll gain a lot of fat that way. through diet you CAN actually gain muscle whilst burning fat

@HeavyMetalVagabond I know, man, but striking a balance is so tough. Dolph is blatantly on some sort of roids as well, though. If you have a bit of fat you want shot, your whole routine is totally diffeent to someone wanting to put muscle on and bulk up, in terms of everything, food, weights etc and cardio not only gets rid of fat, but it also gets rid of muscle :/
