Rohini asks Mr. Patvardhan to take the threat seriously and sell the house to Moolchandani and bring an end to all the miss happenings. Akruti and Shamal tell him not to give up the house as it holds sentimental value to their family. Mr. Patwardhan declines Mulchandani's offer and tells him that he is ready to face the consequences for his decision. Rohini is furious with Mr. Patvardhan for deciding not to sell. Everyone else unite to support him. Rohini alarms everyone about Atharv's kidnapping. Rohini blames Mr. Patvardhan for risking Atharv's life, and pleads for her baby.
