City of War · Gears of War custom map is my first own made map using the unrealeditor for geas of war. It is just a beta version, I want to add enemies and some cinematics.

can you tell me where to get the game editor?, I have the gears of war game.

Here is how you get the editor, regardless of how you installed the game:

Go to your GoW installation directory.

Open 'Binaries'

Right click Startup.exe, highlight Send To, and click Desktop.

Right click your new shortcut, and go to properties.

In the 'Target' box, go all the way to the end, and press space. Then type 'editor'.

This is a single player map by now. I have to put some cinematics and configure the AI to defeat the player in a few days and some new details to finish it

How do you make a map on gears of war?I have a 360 and i cant do it!

To do this customized maps you need the PC version of Gears of War. The editor isn´t avaliable for 360

i found out you have to do this:

sort of, you can add speech and cinematics but you cant link one map to another which is a bummer

this isnt custom... its the map for the part were you ride the tank DUH!!!

You can make custom campaign maps i've seen them before.
