I have to wonder if any of these owners ever watch the show? They do almost the same thing every time, fight Gordon all the way on the food, decor, etc. Then, they end up listening to him, watching the customers pour in the door, enjoying the new food and admit they were wrong.

Gotta hand it to Ramsey -- He may come across sometimes as a rude boor, but he IS quite brilliant and has a huge heart, which comes across in his KN series and his stand on behalf of sustainable seafood and against the practice of shark finning. He's forged his own way in a crude, hypocritical, materialistic, dog-eat-dog, often heartless & opportunistic world -- and managed to find a way to retain his soul & give a lot back to make the world better, more gracious & real. Quite a champ actually.
