Using a dsPIC to drive a 30A ESC with Turnigy C2830-1050 motors. A 2C li-ion battery was plenty to generate a tremendous amount of lift with just one motor running. At the highest throttle I was having difficulty holding onto the frame.

  • you are holding it with your hand?

  • @KALLEFUCKINGANKA I was holding the boom opposite of the powered motor. The props are about 10" and are fairly scary at full speed.

  • it s weight?

  • @LanRous If I remember correctly, it's a portly ~500g or so. It's fairly stable with one of the deck plates and removing one brings it down to around 375g.
