Well, I have just made a 5 pound bag of bread dough, which I understand doubles as pizza dough. It is a bread recipe.. so I guess the bread dough doubles as pizza dough. We will see in a mintue because I have just made my first piazza out of it. And I have 2 loaves of bread rising right now ready to go into the oven. The rest of the dough, is portioned and frozen in zip lock bags. Oh, yeah, I have a bread machine, but I don't like it.I used this mixer to do the initial needing.

They are pretty cheap now, just make sure it has the dough/pasta feature. You can make as many pizza crust as you want because they freeze well.
