Patsy King was at the 30th Anniversary party of Prisoner in 2009 at the former Channel Ten studios, now owned by Global Television in Nunawading. The Prison Barred windows are still there except for the lower ones. Sadly the studios are earmarked for redevelopment and demolition for housing, so anyone who wants to pay a pilgrimage to the site will have to do so in the next year or two. Unless the campaign to get the building grade-listed protected succeeds.
Brilliant! LOVE it! Dynasty and Prisoner were the campest shows of the 80s (in a chalk and cheese kind of way) and my favourites... so this is totally spot on as well as hilarious. Love the way she always had a picture of the Queen behind her in her office too.
BTW on VAl Lehman's site it says Patsy king is still alive but won't do prisoner stuff. But I saw her in 1990 on the stage show in Manchester.
Hello, and how are you, Mark? I am OK. I think Patsy may only see this if someone puts on television in Australia. Apart from that, I think PCBH is OK with the tribute. LOL
