  • Good question, it exactly has to be in 'mkv format. If I have it any other format... say.. .avi for the love of the argument, can it work?

  • @sumeragiyin if it's soft subbed (you can turn the subtitles on and off while playing the video) then it's possible, but I've never tried it myself

  • @ZeroDoesntAfraidOfYT does this allow you to remove things like credits from videos? I'm trying to upload an opening to a TV show and I don't want to have any credits.

  • @Thatguywiththelaptop no, this is only for softsubs, credits are not softsubs they are hard encoded to the video therefore they cannot be removed this way

  • What if my file is MP4?

  • @TheDanKid56 then this won't work, MP4's aren't softsubbed, this will only work for mkvs which are softsubbed
