I totally thought your daughter was gonna drop the pan right before you put it in the oven. lol

I recently switched from vegetarian to vegan because of the "secret halal" scandal, and it helps so much that I can have chocolate sponge cake on high days and birthdays. Thankyou so much for taking the trouble to make and upload this video :)

Tusen takk for oppskrift! Jeg må bake det snart :)
5 Stars. Wow, you are an inspiration to me. You're a wonderful Vegan mother who is proving that it's the best choice to raise children Vegan! I pray and hope to do that with my babies one day.

It looks delicious! Would it be a good idea to put some kind of Frosting/Icing on it?

Sure you can...look at my Norweigan Chocolate cake for the recipe for the frosting. If you dont want chocolate just leave it out and flavour it with something else. :)

I recently have had to deal with some breakouts on my skin so I am trying to not eat dairy for awhile (or forever if it goes well!) so thanks for you recipes!! Have you noticed or heard anything about dairy/eggs or anything and how they effect the skin? Thanks!!

Hi,
Dairy is documented that it can cause pimples and acne - try and stay off it. Sugar also effects the skin so it would be a good idea to stay off that foe a while too. Stay off refined food, junk food and deep freid food as well try and eat as much raw and cooked vegetables as possible. Also use organic/eco freindly products on your face ...clensers make-up ect. Dont forget that your skin is an organ so it shows up what you eat!
