Well that's the idea, u.s. government doesn't impose any laws except for criminal, come civil fraud, and major commerce. Everything else is regulated via private parties in the courts. In terms of cost/benefit and efficiency, its the most brilliant set up, and there is also that whole freedom thing.

This is what it looks like when people cant sue over every little b-s thing. If someone falls ... there is no lawsuit filed. So why not load them trains up. And they must think us very ineffecient for not using our trains as effectivly .
