Ford doesn't even own mazda... never has. A while ago, ford bought shares in mazda because they were losing money. That's why they share a lot of parts; it's a friendship with mutual benefits. Look your shit up before commenting, dumbfucks. The miata was a revival of the true sports car, not your "mustang". The mustang is another go fast in a straight line car.

I don't know how to explain this, but a Miata just doesn't feel the same with an LS1 or V8. It feels like its "soul" is dead, and it's just another cold machine after that..

look up the mercury capri, look at the alternator on the 97 1.8 and any b series ford. the miatas use b series motors which share parts with ford vehicles.

my insturment cluster in my 99' is same exact one in a 99' ranger!

wtf are you talking about, mazda doesnt use ford performance parts. And even if they did, they wouldnt be in a 99' miata since ford bought mazda later in the 00's. and they bought mazda in the US. mazda is still jap, just mazda jpn
