I love Newark. I did not come to this city through the providence of birth. I chose Newark, and Newark, thank God, accepted me, embraced me and allowed me the greatest privilege of my life -- to serve as mayor.

Let me just say that you're not making yourself very clear because I have no idea where you're coming from. Progressive, liberal, and conservative labels mean different things to different people. You come off as a rebel without a clue. You need to learn how to form an argument based on facts not feelings. No one gives a damn that you hate Booker, but they might care if you actually stated some concrete reasons why, which you still haven't done. I'm finished here, but continue on if you wish.

Name any national politician who hasn't taken $ from Wall St, they all do. Name where you get your figures because people often make things up to support their bs claims.

Bottom line, I don't sit here pretending that the politicians I like are all good and the ones I don't like are all bad. Any grownup should realize that that is zero-sum bullshit. The real world is more complex than that. So do you want to have a real discussion based on real things or just continue with this nonsense.

What does any of that have to do with anything? Every city and state in the union seeks economic investment, and every political candidate needs to raise money with which to run, which I don't like but that's the system we have. So again, what does any of this have to do with any of your claims? Looks to me like you're extrapolating to make a point, at which you've failed miserably.

YOU are the one making claims based on absolutely nothing...and when challenged on it, you dig in deeper with even more absurdity, just like a typical neo-con. I simply stated the opinions of people I know who do actually live there, and you come back with an ill-conceived attack on me, but still no proof of what you claim. Again, no real information to support your accusation. If you're going to make accusation YOU need to back them up with facts. I do know a couple people in NJ and they love Booker. I also watch the public polling and most of them show that Booker quite popular in NJ. I don't live there and can't vote for him anyway, but I am extremely annoyed by people who spread hear-say and you clearly have no basis for what you're saying.

Just what the country needs, another DINO. Booker should stay in Newark. We don't need another corporatist democrat in Washington fighting for the rights of wall street while claiming he loves God. If Cory Booker really wants to continue to do good for New Jersey - then he can keep his Mayor job.
