During my second fast I share some of the things I have learned about water fasting.
Water fasting is the best thing I have done for my health and wellbeing, besides changing my diet to plant-based whole food/fresh food and changing my lifestyle away from using corporate commercial toxic products on my body, in my home and all around my life.
