@pixelxse It's from the very first, 50 minutes long Secrets & Magic special "Welcome to Camelot" that aired last year. I uploaded it in six parts and Rupert appears at ~2:32min of the first vid, it's named "Merlin - Secrets & Magic [50 min]: Welcome to Camelot [1/6]".
For reasons unknown YT search only finds parts 2-6 but you can get to part 1 via a playlist (listed at the mainsite of my channel).
