I felt sick after reading this: ""Oliver Shanti" was sentenced to six years and 10 months in prison on Friday, December 4, 2009 - after a Munich court convicted him of 76 counts of child sexual abuse."
Sometimes what artists produce is above their human misery.

in term of health, if u get the inner secrets of Taiji, u can unblock the meridians and improve ur health. if u practice without inner secrets, it would be as good as just a normal exercise. it is said that our emotions can release certain chemicals that will affect our body. that is why Taiji emphasize on clearing thoughts and letting it go at the same time holding your thought & be mindful of your every movement.

Hi. My name is Alejandro from Colombia, Southamerica.
I red from several spiritual practices from 2+ years. From the Taoism there is a concept that really catched my attention.. "The Wu Wei".
Please excuse me If I could sound heretic but my conclusion is that such "force" is the equivalent from "Logos" in the Aristitelic Philosophy, "Boddhichitta" in the Buddhist Tradition, "Holy Spirit" in the Christian Tradition, "Universal Mind" in the New Toght" what has been your experience ?

I have much more energy. I study taiji and wushu, and do weigthlifting. With taiji I get more energy, coördination en balance. With Wushu I get speed, power and again coördination. With the weightlifting I developed raw muscle strenght. The combination of these is perfect.
You also build your confidence.
I would say, go and find a place to practise it. You get a lot of new friends doing so ;). Find yourself a school where they teach this and most of all have a lot of fun :)

The way you put it almost makes me wanna go out and learn it!
Does it truly help you? Do you personally feel something???

Taiji Quan (T'ai chi chuän) is of origin a Chinese martial art that is thousands of years old. It's extraordinary that not muscular power and speed play the most important role with this Art of Self Defense, but the cultivation of the qi, the vital life en ergy. In general you can say that practicing Taiji Quan through the regulating influence on the nervous system has a positive effect on the blood circulation, digestion, metabolism and breathing.
Hope it helped ;)
@aperezNWO The more you study the things that makes the many religions/philosophies different, you'll come to find that they are in fact very alike.
Men are not that different after all. We share the same red blood, and the same wish for a happy and pleasant life... It's not so weird that you find different concepts in different religions/philosophies that in reality deal with very similar concepts. Is "God" that much different from "universal love" / "the will for all men to be happy" ?
