@dgoswami1 Sorry man, unfortunately because the print quality of the movie released in theaters was bad they never made a dvd. I know it came out on vhs a long time ago but is quite difficult to find. I found this online on a website and decided to post. If you noticed it is missing a few minutes from the final part. Its sad because this is one of the greatest movies ever made and a film all Malayalees must see.

@dgoswami1 hello swami, I was struck with a sense of de-ja-vu when I read your message to ram, about a couple of weeks back it was more or less the same thing ( "..seeing part of film on tv on a lazy sunday afternoon .." ) I said to a friend of mine regarding the kannada movie ..ondanondu kaladalli - knew it was a small world ,but seeing something spoken by one said by another more or less in verbatim is quite something .., btw do have a peek at ondanondu kaladalli ,another amazing movie

It's a shame and a pity this movie hasn't been released on VCD let alone DVD!!

Malayalam Cineastes should be outraged that such a great film in the history Malayalam moviemaking can only be seen on video cassette quality!!

Beautiful Songs, classic story, great costumes, Hariharan, Madhavi, Mammooty rocks. Do we have subtitled version of the movie. I like the way movies are pictured in the darkness.
