Kamehameha Tutorial - Adobe After Effects - Part 1

Discription:
The sound of the Intro was a little bit too hard and thats why the sound quality sucks of the intro.

This is a Video tutorial of making a DBZ Kamehameha in Adobe After Effects CS4. You can also watch this video if you have older versions of Adobe After Effects.

Intructions for getting Trapcode Shine:

1. Go to www.trapcode.com
2. Click on "Downloads" on the top
3. Click on "Get the demos here" and search for "Trapcode Shine" or another one if you want. (But we are doing now for getting Trapcode Shine)
4. Click on "All Windows Versions/All Mac Versions" just click on the one that is your operating system too.
5. Fill in the information where a " * " stands.
6. At the last when you filled the information click on "Download" and then click on "Download Trapcode Shine (All PC/Windows versions)" or "Download Trapcode Shine (All Mac versions)"

Hope this helps because much people asked me how to install it.

The setup:

1. Setup will appear and click "next", click "next" again, "next"
again. Now click "Yes".
2. Enter your Serial number or choose "Install demo version".
3. After you did that, you need to choose a destination for the installation of it. It has to be always in your Adobe Plug-ins folder so do: ...:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CS4\Support Files\Plug-ins\
4. The reason I did ...:\ is because I don't know which drive you have installed your Adobe After Effects into. So first make sure you install it into the right drive. Examples: C:\ or D:\ or F:\ or G:\ etc.

Warning: This Trapcode Shine is a demo version! You will see an Red X on your video because it is not bought. The Red X will dissapear when you buy it.

Trapcode Shine is a very nice effect and you really need it to make Kamehameha's and Aura's. Exualy you need for everything if you want to make it Awesome! It gives a very nice Shine and Glow effect. And many more options that gives a nice effect to your video or photo or whatever :)

whenever i have to make the blast .. and i added 3 dot points and drag them out .. when i preview the clip .. my blast would start from the beginning. How can i make it start from where the blast should be ? and just have that ball from the beginning

@jkheart You have to drag the beginning keyframe to the point where you want it to start, if there is a bunch of other keyframes in front of it, just select them all and keep an eye on the beginning keyframe and drag that one with all the others selected too of course to the point you want it to start on your timeline.

Here is how to download trapcode shine

Go to ww w. tr ap co de .c o m

Go to products

You will see TrapCode suite, the last word at that text box says Download click on it

YOu will get on a site named : Red Giant

Now look for : Trapcode Suite and download Trapcode Product Installer

Now it will aks for serials :

I have trouble with the Red thing, how the heck do I edit one frame easily with out messing everything else up? I have to keep zooming out to play around with the yellow :(

@skatenrock22 - I think once you publish it to a movie file you put it in to another video editing software and then add sounds etc.
