Robbie Dancer.. You Are My Sunshine ♥ Sad News..

****PLEASE READ, IMPORTANT UPDATE***
Hi guys, you may remember from my last video i wrote about going to the first event of the season on the 13th march? Well unfortunately things didn't go to plan there.. He was behaving beautifully and going so so nicely- we did a lovely dressage test and got 38(not bad mark for the high scores in our section) then a lovely clear showjumping however second cross country jump.. we had a rotational fall at  Im not sure what happend since i was knocked out iv got no memory of it, but i have a feeling that i saw a STUPID far off stride n kicked for it then him being an absoloute saint probs put an extra one in n probs tried his hardest to clear it but may of left a leg cos he was so close =/ all that my parents said they saw was him just completely flip over the jump nearly onto me.. Luckily im all fine after a horrible night in hospital i just had sore ribs and we thought robs was ok but he developed this HUGE and i mean HUGE hematoma on his bum- its been longer than a month now since the accident and it still hasn't gone down  im just really really worried, obviously its annoying having to withdraw from all the competitions but right now i just want my horse to be fine. I love him so so much and i cant help it but blame myself for this, i just feel like iv let him down- he always looks after me over fences so im sure i did something wrong which HE has had to pay the price for.. im just so gratefull its not a broken leg or anything.. Im trying to be postitive but i cant help but worry this may of ruined his confidence- i guess only way to find that out is on a xc course & i want to promise him that i will never let him down like that again. He means far to much to me 

my friend just has a rotational fall too, she was concussed so can't remember it either :S glad you're okay and didn't come out the worse end of things, i hope he gets better soon!! xxxx

Oh, Anna. I have seen hematomas around the same size as that one dissipate on their own. I sincerely hope that happens for you & Robs.

I know it's hard, but please try to not be too hard on yourself about the accident. Your guilt won't help get Robs healthy any faster.

That's awesome, Anna!!! I'm so glad to hear it. You are welcome for the support. I kinda feel like we're kindred spirits ;o) I just imagine the bucks on the hack.

I had a lesson on Beau a couple of weeks back, and we had some moments of brilliance. I also got to hack Jack Be Nimble the next day. I love riding out on the roads, and the weather was perfect - sunny and warm. I'll try to post a new vid next time I have a lesson. Heather-Ann xo

@omgitscloeee Haha oh good im not the only one then, i seriously hate hate hospitals! lots of smelly old ppl lmao thankyouu :) omg no thats so unfortunate, pepos tooo awesome to have a spint :( I put comfrey on one of ours which had one n it cleared after two weeks incaseu havent tried that, hope your out competing again soon! xxx
