They had several successful albums, including an EP 2001 "immediately" and full length album REAL FEELNESS in 2002. The Pattern toured the U.S and the UK with bands like The Hives, The Datsuns, The Mooney Suzuki, and Clinic.
Original bassist Carson Bell and drummer Scott Batiste left the band in 2003. The Pattern continued to tour the United States and then eventually called it quits in 2004.
Chris Appelgren works for Noise Pop in San Francisco, Carson Bell went on to play bass with former Pattern tour mates The Mooney Suzuki and now plays bass in a new band, Scott Batiste plays drums in the metal band Saviours, Andy Asp plays guitar in The Parish, and Jim Anderson plays drums in Swann Danger.
The song "Selling Submarines" was included in Episode 14 "The Countdown" of the Fox television series The O.C. (wikipedia.org)
All this footage was almost lost forever, many times. My friend and I shared holding the camera, he kept doing night shot, and i kept trying to zoom in and make it interesting. Comments welcome.

Very Welcome. I'm also a huge fan. This was a great show, we were right up front by the speakers and luckily the audio came out good. Pattern is awesome. Black Cat Music played a set before this.

@yvonnelemke Welcome. Was certainly an awesome gig and chance to see the Pattern before they broke up. I almost lost all this footage having to move in a hurry and some crazy times in 2005, but the cofilmer of this helped me get my computer back with all the footage and happy to share with the masses.
