Thanks for the comments! The chords are:
Am7, D7, G, G#dim, Am7, D, Em, Am, Bm, C for the verses and
G, Am, C, G, Am, C, D, Em, Em7, C, D, Gmaj7 & Fmaj7 for the chorus.
You can try and play along with the video to see where the chord changes happen.
