  • Ive been reading horror stories about not making it out of cooking schools is this on worth it?

  • @sonnyg3111 Great education, but they won't help you break into the industry and find work the way they promise. They have class-action lawsuits filed against them, I hear that NW Culinary is a good school.

  • Quite the life you live there me friend. I used to want my kids to grow up and be doctors and such....silly me! I want them to be chefs!!!

  • All his idea. He loves to cook. Like doctors and lawyers, chefs are recession-proof....EVERYONE NEEDS TO EAT! ;)

  • The baking and the cooking are separate parts of the course. Desserts would be in the cooking portion.
