@007InMiami Hot Wheels made the $1 Batmobile, a slightly larger version, and then 1:18 scale models; the $40 car that you mentioned and then the Elite and "Super Elite" versions as well as a chrome-plated version. By now I'm sure you have all of them. I do. I also have a homemade one that is so tiny that if you put it on top of a quarter, all 4 wheels fit on the quarter.

I had the honor to meet Mr.Barris over the 4th of July weekend at Volo, auto museum in Illinois. Super nice guy. Thanks Mr.Barris for signing my 1/18 scale'66 TV Batmobile Keeping this car for a very very long time.

I always wondered about the scarcity of ANY Hotwheels,,including,, Treasure hunts..I noticed, that most would buy all the treasure hunts they find,,whether they like it or not,,just because its a treasure hunt,,I figure u can do that with any model..u hear something is in demand, and u swipe all the examples u find,,,,doesnt that Create a false demand or shortage???? notice on ebay the same seller will have a half dozen "hard to find " cars LOL

Dude, get the 1:18 version. It's awesome. Yeah it'll cost you $39 dollars more, but its worth it. I have both the 1:18 and the smaller one you have, they sit side by side on my shelf.
