If you use the word "want" in a prhase like "I want to achive *something*" then what is stopping you? If its weight loss, then what's stopping you? are you eating something that's not going to let you achive your goal? in that case, what is your goal then?? if you're going against what you thought was your goal...make some light in your heart and see what you really want to achive. stick to it and you'll win. its that "easy". just be honest with yourself.
