I like both, I reckon they would be perfect together in a band :D
But a stupid part of me will always prefer the Seymour Duncans because of the label :L

Hey I have a fender squire, and I just baught the JB Seymour Duncan Humbucker pickup for it, does anyone know how to wire this? I have a soldering gun and all the tools, I just want to do it properly, and thought my best bet would be to ask someone who knows what they're doing If oyu can help me email plumbntheworld@yahoo.com Ty very much anyone who helps..

@six0string0samurai buy it and tilt it, you can buy a pickguard with a tilted 'bucker at warmoth.

@DarthKazi which is why some people tilt the humbucker sideways to make them aline properly. like my strat with a SD custom

Which do you like better? I think the Vintage 59 sounds better.

It sounds better in the recording because it has a lot of highs... the JB sounds fuller and has more mids. Depends what you need. In my previous band I needed the GFS for more vintage like and clean sounds, but the JB rules for muscular rock solos. I think they are both great pickups.
