hey does anybody can tell me what is the meaning of "high&dry"?

i've no idea what this video is about, it's very strange. i read somewhere that thom hates this song.

timeless gem of a track this

I've loved Radiohead for near on twenty years.... The Bends and OK commputer were in my top ten albums of all time.... just indescribable in their brilliance.... only after the sensational In rainbows did i bother my ass to listen to amnesiac and Kid A and HTTT .... they are fucking awesome. it is that simple. And although they have changed a lot their earlier songs, such as this one, are just classic.
