http://www.adventureswithjim.com short hunt this morning cut short by extreme heat...iffy tone the was hard to pin point turned out to be a TINY 1854 3 cent silver! A little bent and tarnished, but a first for me. Maybe I'll metal detecting a few more years...STILL amazing coins out there!

  • Very nice! I found 1 and a half of one at an old burned cabin site! Sweet! They don't give out the best signal either ... thats why I dig the iffy signals too!
