Agreed. It seems our culture has actually grown down and become more childish. Watch the Disney channel for five minutes (if you can stomach it). Shows designed for adolescents these days I'd have outgrown when I was 7. This version of Batman was so cool and is a perfect example of what I would be watching when I was 10.

I love how there's no title card. Batman just shows up, beats some dudes up and stands on top of the tallest building he can scale.
Best way to open a show up: even if the viewers have no idea what the show is, by the end of the intro they want more regardless.

This was when the 1960's Batman was morphed into today's Dark Knight, after the Burton movie changed the character appeal.
