  • when tim burton first did this in 1993, it was presented by touchstone pictures, and not disney, but now disney owns it, kinda weird huh?

  • Disney owns Touchstone, they always have. It is one of their film branches. Nightmare has always been a Disney film

  • How did you know it'll be released at August 26, 2008? And are you sure?

  • Disney has officially announced the DVD and Blu-Ray Disc. I sent you a message with the link to Disney's official site which has info on the release. If you have any more questions feel free to ask. I'm happy to help.

  • It was released in theaters under the company Touchstone Pictures, which is a branch of Disney. Disney didn't want to touch the film because of how dark it was. But now they realize what a money boat it is so...DISNEY!

  • @dadacomedian well you are obviously blind deaf dumb and/or a very boring person, glad im not u.

  • i dont know why ppl like dis cartoon so much its ugly

  • Ugh I want this cause the only thing I don't like about the '93 version is that I can never hear what Sally is saying and I'll turn it up, then suddenly it's too loud!

  • What is the difference between the Special Edition and Collector's Edition? I was looking to buy it but didn't realize they came out with both of these. Wandering which to buy now..

  • @bigmommalover Just like MikeDV101 said, Touchstone was actually the film branch used for more "adult-themed" Disney movies. So it's a nice little fun fact!

  • @DisneyClassicsFan Lucky!

  • @liz775 They did in theatres and they do it every year now, apparently. Now they have it in 4D in Hollywood. This was their first year doing this and I bet that they're going to do it next year too because it was packed. I know because I saw it when it first came out in 3D and 4D. BTW, if you get VIP tickets, you get free popcorn. However, they haven't put the 3D version on DVD yet.

  • @liz775 They did. or do you mean on DVD and Blu-Ray? Because if you'e talking about Blu-Ray and DVD, I agree!

  • someone had a mini orgasm from seeing this and clicked dislike instead of like... <3
