Glad to hear about the SUs as I've just put on a brand new set from good old Aus. Now just need to find someone to tune them! Sounds bloody amazing eh! Love it!

@BENDOON23 - well done. The original Holden Torana was a rebadged, slightly restyled HB Vauxhall Viva. The LC Torana saw the first of the long-nose, six-cylinder versions. This is an LJ model.

@jusfuknwidya Good on yah man! Always nice to see a comment by someone that does not have thier head up thier arse. I had an XU1 and man, you gotta give credit where its due just like I am a Maroons supporter but I recon the Chief and the Johns bros are champions....

Read it and weep guys, At 17 in 1980 my first car was an 1972 XU-1 bought for the princely sum of $4,500. I only bought it cause I couldn't afford a phase III which cost about $10,000 in those days. As much fun as I had in it, gotta admit though, modern cars show up seventies era cars as junk.

I gave in to a 650 Holley when I had my GTR.....Didn't look as angry as a bank of SUs, but she performed ok....Shit I miss her .,..

su's are fine, i had 2 inch su's on a torana and they worked great. nothing wrong with webbers though, or dellortos. they work well on 6 clylinder.
