Martial Artistry Shaolin Kung Fu and Chinese Wushu is the largest and most active kung-fu and wushu school in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area. We teach kung fu (gong fu), wushu, martial arts weapon training, lion and dragon dancing school and performance team instruction. Martial Artistry Shaolin Kung Fu and Chinese Wushu offers individualized instruction and an average instructor ratio of 1 instructor per every 3-6 students. Progress at your own pace, with outstanding Martial Arts ("karate") instruction in Shaolin kung fu and Chinese wushu, including animal styles, weapons training, lion and dragon dancing. At almost 6000 square feet, our huge training area with its 18' tall ceilings allows for vigorous practice, and the 2" thick carpet bonded EVA foam flooring helps protect your joints. Students range in age from 3 to their 70s with specialized classes and lots of individual attention to suit their needs.

Head Instructor Kayne Sirocco LaTrans continues her kung fu and wushu studies in China and elsewhere with everyone from Shaolin senior monks, to members and coaches of the Beijing Wushu Team, to other noted martial artists in the US and abroad. Her work ethic and willingness to seek out knowledge from the best in the kung fu and wushu world has resulted in her twice being named "Best All-Around Black Belt in the Nation".
