@vittorioabr Thanks, your comment quickly filled in a lot about the sport and evolving strategies....at least to this squash hack.

@Adrian19Adrian19 if we just open our minds and see....then we will undertand jonathan power was a great player and jansher was too.....but if we look at the encounters we see that power won 2 out of 12 matches from jansher.............this proves that jansher was a better player than power .....but ofcourse the match between them was very tense.........sorry

@ 98310007
You therefor should have said 'would', gramaticaly speaking.

thats why I said "should"

@893160007 Squash is not in the olympics

JP helped inaugurating the modern -or current- style of squash. Many eons ago there were the wooden racquets; then the smallhead composite racquets and the era of Jahanghir Khan. Then the larger racquets and an era dominated by Jansher and his grueling attritional game. Then came the larger and lighter racquets and the era dominated by Nicol and Power. Nicol was the continuation of the attritional style of squash, JP was the first to play the daring, creative, attacking shotmaking game of today.

that's rather harsh and I would never endorse such views, Jonathon's one of the most talented players to ever play the game, I'd say he easily makes the top 5 and since no one prompted such a response from you, I'd tell u to refrain from such negativity...

hahaha, what an idiotic comment, he never played jahangir and often beat Jansher. as far as I'm concerned he is the greatest player of all time...on his day no one could beat him....take a look at the 2005 Bermuda final! he played a brand of attacking squash that revolutionized the game and influenced today's shotmakers like Ramy and Shabana
