Yeah, I don't get the name myself.
Anyway, I've been looking for a reason to start uploading on a more semi-regular basis again. As luck would have it, I remembered getting this game for Christmas last year but never actually playing much of it. Playing through it now, I realize that the game has some pretty good music. Since this channel is focused on music, I figured I'd share whatever stands out.
Muramasa is a game that I consider to be an "unexpected gem" of sorts, so to speak. The combat's pretty smooth, the visuals are unique and well presented, and there are about as many idiot heroes in the character cast as there are modern day dodo birds (and that's a good thing, 'cause the last thing I wanna see is another Lloyd Irving running around and screwing things up).
And now for the music itself.
This particular track is the first thing you hear after finishing up the tutorial and starting the actual game. It's rather fitting, I'd say. The way it's played out gives it a grand feel that's suitable for exploring feudal Japan. In essence, it's the game's way of welcoming you to the world of Muramasa.
I hope you can enjoy your stay as much as I have!
Before anyone says anything, I know this isn't a very festive choice for Halloween. Of course, I'm not a very festive person, so there you go.
