i tried a 5 plate setup +-+-+ 100ml a minute i tried the other way around and same thing i tried +n--n+ and got 300ml a minute hmmmmz

what about getting the plastic bent in a c shape with two sides that save some effort and less glue

There is a Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor on most intake manifolds. I don't think it measures O2 though.

Unless you are talking about using some sort of catalyst that is consumed as part of the electrolysis reaction, your acid/base control of hydrogen/oxygen ratio is not possible. Water is H2O. When you split it, the only output possibility is 2H + O. You can't change the output ratio.

What happens during the winter months. Does it freeze and if it does how do you prevent that.

Two things. KOH in solution lowers the freezing temp considerably. In extreme climates one can circulate some of the engine coolant through a tube that wraps around the cell to thaw it out.
