I'm Holly Hearse. Some of you know me from my modeling or being the host of ChickFight TV. I have decided that I want to be healthier and happier. I will be sharing my experiences eating healthy and exercising on a daily bases and the feelings that go along with that. I used to weigh 210 pounds and lost 50 pounds over a nine month period. But, I have gained some back. I have no intention of becoming skinny, I love having curves and being busty, but I will work hard to get my body healthier. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia last month so that does makes exercising sometimes difficult but, I know I can do it! I hope this inspires others. I am doing this for myself, no one else.   • this is very, very raw. You put a lot out there, and this was not the easiest thing in the world for you to do. So kudos to you in what your doing, and being strong! Take your time and do it for you.

  • continued from last post.. I lost weight by drinking a lot less soda, less fast food, more fruit/veges, in particular I started eating 1 orange a day. I started eating more fiber (the orange) & also healthier cereal for breakfast with 25% + dv fiber. I started eating a bit less period. I made sure my portions were a little smaller than I was used to. Less candy, no skipping meals cus it causes over eating the next meal, no large meals. I also became a vegetarian recently, & feel even better.

  • Good idea Holly, about making a video log of your weight loss. :^) You are of course always very attractive, but I know exactly how you feel, the extra weight is a burden, not feeling well, etc etc. I was about 40 pounds overweight from about 2003 to 2008 and I hated that most days I did not feel too well... Finally I changed my diet a couple years back and went from 210 to 170 and am a lot happier because now most days I feel GOOD instead of bad. :^) I lost the weight by drinking less soda &
