lol, it's all about technique. i have a 4 meter kite which over time i learnt to control, and the hard way too as im only 57-ish kg. my stepdad being at least twice my weight decided to try having a go, as soon as i gave him the handles, he belly flopped and was dragged across the beach much like the guy in this video.
