@templemanw1 Actually, i just met Anita the other day. Shes doing great, looking wonderful as always, and shes nowhere near bankrupt let me tell you. Shes a very sweet lady and a wonderful person! Her and her husband are doing just fine.

Had a big crush on Anita, seeing her sitting in a chair singing this on TOTP in the late summer of ' 67, fabulous voice and song.Am I right it is a Tom Springfield song ?.

Wow, how underrated was she. Lulu,Dusty,Cilla etc. were all big in the sixties but Anita who also had the looks and more versatility was way above them. In love with her when this song came out but knew she would not go out with me. Mainly because I had to be up for school every morning, still dreaming though (lol)
