Well, it would appear to be really difficult if you don't play a charge character. If you know how to play charge characters efficiently, using charge buffering to its full potential, then it becomes very easy.

i find it easier with rog, cuz with ryu or sagat, you'd have to fadc then do the two qc motions.

I'd say it's considerably harder to hit the juggle with Balrog off of a headbutt, being that you have to deal with charging.

Well, Rog is like Sagat, Ryu, and Rufus. Where you can hit their ultra easy off a combo.
