i do 200 elevated crunches everyday but i never expected that to be enough so ive stopped eating fast food, cut down on breaded products (such as pizza), and increased my veggie/fruit intake. ive lost 1.5lbs in a week so far, so i completely agree with his advice :)

@garjagan there are a lot of long range sit ups in P90x ab ripper x and my abs are ripped from doing that, I don't see how my ab length is shortened. Do you have a 6pack from doing small range motion push ups?

the smaller range of motion in sit-ups is a good idea. It has been shown, for instance, that doing full range sit-ups can actually shorten the length of the abs, pulling the front of the ribcage down, which can cause shoulder problems.
