PolyScience wins the Food Network's Tasty Technology award for the Anti-Griddle, presented to Philip Preston, president of PolyScience and inventor of the Anti-Griddle. This is followed by a segment on the HGTV's "I Want That" in which Matthias Merges, Chef de Cuisine at Charlie Trotters, demonstrates how he uses the Anti-Griddle.
